the fridge in the room was stocked i found that useful. i had a wonderful full breakfast each morning. i was able to request parking. i also appreciated how friendly the staff were
the room was very small it felt a bit cramped. the towels seemed quite old i think they needed replacing. the bathroom fixtures were also old they showed signs of wear and tear.

i loved the hotel's courtyard. it was beautiful and felt very spanish. the bed was comfortable. i found the staff nice.
the air conditioning was not sufficient. i was sweating in my room the entire time even with it on the lowest setting possible. my room was very hot and i had to call for help. there were many small ants in the bathroom.

i loved that the building was beautifully restored! the staff were so cute i found them really helpful. i was thrilled to have fantastic views of alhambra it was a short walk to the town and plaza nueva.
my only slight issue was the television service i think adding an english news channel would be great

the location was perfect , with a great starting point for explorations. the staff were helpful with directions and local recommendations , which i appreciated.
the room i was assigned was quite small , barely enough space to move around comfortably. the air conditioning was not very effective , and the room remained warm , even with it running constantly.

the location had excellence! it was steps away from bars and restaurants open morning, noon and night. the balcony had chairs! it was a game changer. the staff was amenable to all our needs.
The air conditioning was insufficient. I was sweating in the room the entire time, it was on the lowest setting possible. it was hot outside and the room was not cool. finding parking caused issues. I would not stay here again in summer or with a car.
